Syed Khurram Abbas Sherazi (SKAS/ Syed/ Sherazi)

Syed Khurram Abbas Sherazi, known professionally as SKAS, is the Founder & CEO of ProRecruit, a global virtual staffing and recruitment agency that connects businesses with skilled remote professionals. With a strong background in banking, education, and international recruitment, he brings a rare blend of corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial experience.

Khurram began his career in the banking sector, where he developed a deep understanding of organizational structure, financial operations, client trust building, and people management. His banking experience shaped his disciplined approach towards business growth, accuracy, and leadership.

Alongside running ProRecruit, Khurram is also a teacher, mentor, and youth trainer in reputable institutions across Pakistan. His purpose is clear:
to empower students with practical skills, reshape learning dynamics, and prepare youth for the future of work.

He incorporates digital tools, modern recruitment knowledge, and real-world business case studies into his teaching so students learn skills that actually matter outside the classroom.
 

Khurram strongly believes that education must evolve, and that Pakistan’s youth can compete globally when given the right mentorship and direction.
