Maximillian was completely wrapped up with his projects and tasks were slowly getting out of his team's hands. Part of his project teams had no clue of the stages a particular project was at possibly due to the lack of coordination. This made goal achievement tricky for his team.

Maximillian wanted his project tasks to be streamlined and wanted his team to efficiently coordinate through the project stages in order to hit the goals. His company, Bossmaker helped companies and individuals get business funding. His model was to leverage personal credit into business credit and purchase a income producing asset. This required agile project management and strategic planning with task management and team coordination going hand in hand.
The Solution

She helped him and his team to get all the projects on Asana and trained them to use the tool for their projects. This allowed the teams to organize, collaborate, plan, and execute tasks. The tool helped managers plan, organize, and manage Agile projects and Scrum sprints. Kanban boards were used to visualize the projects from start to finish. Moreover, the use of Asana helped team communication as the team could ask questions, discuss or post comments in team conversations. This positively impacted his projects
