The Problem

​Chrystal and George owned a number of properties around Missouri, USA but just weren't able to keep up with them due to their busy schedules. George was in to law enforcement and just did not have the time to look after the guests. Nothing was streamlined or automated for any of her properties and many times customers were left hanging due to delayed responses from Chrystal's end.

Client Goals

Chrystal's main goal was automation and the listing of properties on various platforms. She required automation of different tasks that she had to perform herself; from customer service to responding to emails and/or inbox triage. Moreover, she wanted to explore more platforms to advertise about her properties and create listing posts on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram that could get Guest Premier a steady flow of organic engagement. Furthermore, since there were several more property owners in the area, Chrystal considered it vital to keep an eye out for what her competitors were doing so she could attain the edge needed to pull ahead.

The Solution

ProRecruit's real estate virtual assistant helped Chrystal streamline and automate all her tasks. The work started from first integrating Host Tools with all her properties and creating automations and ruling sequences for the very basic queries that Chrystal initially had to cater to manually. Next, the properties were then distinguished amongst the STRs and LTRs after which they were then listed on nearly 10 platforms. Moreover, the VA also helped Chrystal manage her calendar and helped set appointments, and handled the buyer and seller leads. Lastly, social media pages were also created to reach a wider audience wherein, work was done to boost engagement, create daily posts and interact with the audience.
