ROKWA Marketing

Kisa, an owner of an event marketing business in Georgia Atlanta , required a marketing associate who could not only help him increase her sales and social media presence but also focus on reaching out to new prospects and establishing relationships with incoming leads for her event marketing business.

The Problem

Being event marketing specialists, ROKWA barely had any social media presence and a very basic website. She knew her business held great potential but the sales just weren't flowing in the way she'd planned.

Client Goals

Kisa wanted to sell more tickets, organize a successful event what she was really passionate about; helping get more people in Gospel music concerts, country music concerts, hip hop concerts, R&B concerts, Christmas holiday concerts, event venue grand openings, (Virtual and in-person) entrepreneurship events, business events, wellness events, entertainers, business owners, organizational leaders, enter and individuals maximize their professional and personal potential, while navigating the stressors of both daily demands and larger scale events. Next, she wanted to implement digital marketing solutions to help her reach out to a wider audience. This required her to have someone who could help her run paid ads, create cold outreach campaigns through the CRM, generate more leads as well as create and handle her social media accounts on a daily basis.

The Solution

That is where ProRecruit’s virtual marketing assistant, Paras came to the rescue! From creating social media ads to creating interactive ad copies, keywords and ensuring that they get out there for everyone to see, she handled it all! She helped boost engagement, online presence and impressions through online marketing content, video production, and daily social media posts.
She also helped incorporate experiential marketing which was aimed to target the consumer on a multi-sensory level and allowed the consumer to adventure with the brand on a deeper connection than standard marketing. A firm sales infrastructure was also built that consisted of lead generation through gathering prospects from LinkedIn and other social media platforms, automation and an integrated selling strategy that produced tangible results.
