The Problem

Although VetBed Canada were the providers of original veterinary bedding and were category leaders, they had no social media presence other than a Facebook page. The company held immense potential but there was no one to help out with it. Why so? That is because Terry herself had no clue about the wonders digital marketing could do for her business!

Client Goals

It all had to start from scratch. Rebranding, creating social media pages, renewing the website and creating a streamlined process of supply-chain for all her incoming shipments.

Terry wanted everyone to know how unique her products were. The target was to have an interactive website for the customers to buy her products from. Not being tech savvy herself, she wanted a website that could allow her to easily update her inventory too. Moreover, a  solid social media presence was also required for her to post all about the local pet events she attended and help her increase awareness about her brand.

It first started with organizing her inventories and then creating a website that helped Terry reorganize her products. The next focus was upon VetBed's social media presence. Various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok were used to build online impressions and create awareness about the products and the brand itself. 

How did this help Terry? Her sales soared! People not only from around British Columbia, ordered products from her, there were also orders coming from USA!
